10-Day Tanzania Deep South

Per person, land only. Park fees included where noted.

Day 1: Fly Dar es Salaam to Ruaha. Afternoon drive.

Days 2–4: Ruaha National Park. Game drives, walking safari, African wild dog tracking.

Day 5: Fly Ruaha to Selous (Nyerere National Park).

Days 6–7: Selous — boat safari, game drives, and walking in the riverine forest.

Day 8: Fly Selous to Mafia Island.

Days 9–10: Mafia Island — whale shark snorkelling (October–March), diving Chole Bay, traditional dhow sailing.
