Morning transfer from Mombasa or Diani to the Funzi jetty, then a boat crossing to the island. A traditional dhow trip through the mangrove creek, a guided crab safari through the mudflats, and — tide permitting — time on the sandbank that emerges offshore at low tide. Lunch and a walk through the fishing village round out the day before the return transfer.
